Terms and Conditions of Tickets

Contract

These terms and conditions set out below will relate to anyone who has a ticket for this display, regardless of who has ordered them.  The person who has ordered them shall be responsible for sharing these terms and conditions with other members of their party, which is why they are available on our website, for anyone to view.

Your contract when purchasing Tickets starts as soon as we have confirmed your order by confirmation email and ends immediately after the event ends.  All orders are subject to address verification and other security checks, and your order may be cancelled at any time.
We reserve the right not to accept any order, or to cancel any transaction or booking, which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
You consent to the data you have supplied to us to be used for future mailings regarding Caldicot Fireworks.

Tickets
All Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis as set out expressly in these Terms.
Proof of identity and address may be required, at any point prior to the event, failure to provide this, or providing documentation showing that you do not live in Caldicot, will void your ticket.
Every member of the audience must be in the possession of a valid Ticket to gain entry to the event.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised time, programme or participants.
When claiming Tickets there is a restriction of 10 tickets, per household.  We reserve the right to cancel Tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice, unless the number of tickets you have, has been authorised by the Admin@CaldicotFireworks.co.uk team.
Tickets are claimable on the basis that we cannot guarantee a specific viewing location on the site.
Tickets have no monetary value, and cannot be swapped, or sold for such.  Any attempt made to sell a ticket, will result in all tickets purchased under that name to be void.

Tickets are all one-of-a-kind and individual, unauthorised duplicating of these will invalidate your, and the duplicated ticket.  If a ticket is scanned that is thought to have been duplicated, entry will be refused to both parties.

Delivery
Tickets are available to download through our ticketing partner, TicketPass.  Please show staff at the gate your booking reference and booking details section

In a bid to reach our enviromental goals, no paper tickets will be issued from us.
There are no tickets available on the entrance gates and can only be purchased online prior to the event date.

Cancellation/Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged. If this event has to be cancelled, all tickets will be void, and you will be given the opportunity to be put on a waiting list for any future events (none are guaranteed, this is offered as a goodwill gesture only, and can be removed from these terms at any time without prior notice.)
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the event has been cancelled or re-scheduled. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you by updating our websites and social media.  We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be informed of such a cancellation before the date of the event.

Liability
Any personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are entirely at your own risk, and Caldicot Events Committee or any other associated parties will not accept liability for, even in the event of a full Cancellation.
We do not accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal property while with us on site, or traveling to or from site.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Admission and Attendance
We reserve the right to refuse admission to Ticket holders in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to and to remove audience members displaying aggressive behaviour and to remove Ticket holders behaving in a violent or unreasonable manner.
Security searches, including bag searches will be in operation to ensure the safety of all audience members, and your cooperation in conducting these is appreciated.
Ticket holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience, unless you notify a member of the team prior to 2nd November 2023 via the following email address - Admin@CaldicotFireworks.co.uk
Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety regulations and announcements whilst attending the event.
Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the event at the discretion of the event organisers and their representatives on site.
